The best list of Tokyo Clubs is at CyberJapan http://www.cyberjapan.tv/contents/tokyoclubguide/indexE.html You can click through the list of clubs to each club's website to check their schedules. In terms of tech-house, there's no one place that is particularly tech house but the club most famous for techno is Womb in Shibuya, which also has one of the best sound systems. The super-club Ageha is also worth visiting if you haven't been before. Have fun & drop me a line if you need any other information for Tokyo.
