Re: cd's... Talk Talk
From: John Davis The Album Spirit of Eden is sheer brilliance!!! as is another Talk Talk single "Life's what you make it" I dunno whats coming over me but this last few days I've been yearning to listen to more of what I used to listen to in the 80's I know that looking back they were kinda shite but Curiosity Killed The Cat still get me singing along any rare time I get to hear 'em on the radio. Anyone got anything to say about any new releases? Its been a bit barren round here lately when it comes to reviews of newer stuff.. I haven't gotten a new record in weeks! but its due to a lack of funds than anything else. > > Hmm. I hesitate to ask which of their stuff you consider cringe-inducing > > because I am of the opinion that Talk Talk were one of the most important > > groups of my time. > > I think cringe-inducing was the wrong expression, maybe just "poppy"... ;) > But I wholeheartedly agree with you re: Spirit Of Eden.
